The role of IT Service Analyst is responsible for managing the employee IT experience.

This includes managing our external IT Managed service partner, common business process including application management, onboarding of new employees and device standards and processes.

Management of external IT Managed Service Partner.

  • Local asset and inventory management
  • Onboarding and offboarding IT processes
  • Incident management and escalation procedures
  • Software deployment and management
  • Mobile device management: Microsoft Intune and group policies
  • Cyber awareness and phishing simulation
  • End user documentation and training
  • IT Security incident management

Business Operation Support

  • Privileged access reviews
  • Regular service and commercial reviews
  • Internal stakeholder requirement management
  • IT operational communications
  • IT Governance, policies and handbooks
  • Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery

Profile

  • Experience working in an ITIL environment.
  • Experience working in an international business, across multiple time zones.
  • Strong stakeholder management and situational judgement skills
  • Proficiency in IT service management tools and software.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to work well within cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Broad IT experience across infrastructure, network and operating systems.
  • Experience managing outsourced IT partners.
  • Graduate and non-graduate applicants welcome, as emphasis is on operational experience.
  • ITIL, Prince qualifications an advantage
