As the IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:* Provide 1st line support by troubleshooting and resolving common technical issues related to computing system, hardware, and software applications.* Assist senior team members with investigating and resolving technical problems.* Support IT projects.* Learn and apply IT best practices.
The successful IT Support Engineer will have the following related skills / experience:* 1-2 years of technical support experience or relevant IT / Computer science qualification.* Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and common software applications.* Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.* Good communication skills.
