Mechanical Fitter/Mould Operative Urgently required to work for a world leading manufacturing organisation based in Newbury. This temporary contract role is crucial in the manufacturing process. You will be involved in the prep, moulding and baking process, of a range of metal and plastic parts before assembly, full training provided for specific procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture parts by moulding and shaping plastic elements.
• Place moulded parts into large ovens for heat treatment and final shaping.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the production process is efficient and high-quality.
• Follow health and safety procedures in a heat-treatment or oven environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in Engineering, specifically moulding or setting processes.
• Knowledge of machining or manufacturing parts.
• Previous experience in plastic moulding or an environment with heat treatment/ovens is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with sheet metalwork is also a plus.
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, engineering environment and follow precise instructions.
