Day-to-day of the role:
- Respond to customer service queries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist the Head of Marketing with various administrative tasks.
- Manage and organise information effectively to support the marketing team.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
