Duties:

Evening Helpdesk

* To act as the first port of call for all telephone, email and personal contact for Client

* Scheduling on site maintenance team with reactive and proactive works on site

* Closing off tasks on QFM

* Raising reactive tasks and progressing them through to completion in order to meet customer needs

To answer calls, raise tasks, log information received on to the helpdesk database and assign an engineer within the appropriate service level timescales

* Coordinate onsite cleaning and maintenance team to complete reactive and proactive tasks

* To carry out all work in line with pre-determined service level timescales

* To support the CSC team by carrying out general office administrative tasks including, closure of all QFM tasks; raising purchase order requests; chasing sub-contractors for updates;

* Responding to e-mails; raising quotations; data cleansing and system updating

* To identify information on each request by understanding the commercial environment, including services contracts and associated business processes

* To take a proactive approach to customer liaison and ensure concerns are dealt with or relayed to line management promptly

Ensure colleagues are always kept in the loop to ensure smooth handover at shift change

* To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time

* To understand and comply with policies and procedures

* To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner

* To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures

* To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required

* To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
