About the Role:We are looking for 15 hardworking and reliable individuals to assist with packing and unloading trees at our Newbury site. This is a physically demanding role that involves heavy lifting and working outdoors in a yard environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unloading trees from delivery vehicles and moving them to storage areas.
- Packing and preparing trees for delivery to customers.
- Ensuring the yard remains tidy and safe during operations.
- Assisting with general yard duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads.
- Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
- Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual.
Working Conditions:
- Outdoor work, regardless of weather conditions.
- Heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks.
