Our client based in Thatcham is looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant to join their rapidly expanding. This is a temporary 6 month contract.

You will be responsible for ensuring that products meet specified quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Shift:

  • 08:00am to 17:00pm

Salary:

  • 13.50 per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare and update quality control procedures, checklists, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems.
  • Record and analyse test results to identify deviations from quality specifications.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure they are performed according to defined procedures and standards.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or deviations in production processes.
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements.
  • Train production staff on quality control processes and the importance of adhering to standards.
  • Develop and implement quality awareness programs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Manufacturing or Production environment.
  • Previous experience working in Quality Assurance.
  • Driving Licence is beneficial but not essential.
