This role is ideal for a lettings or property professional, or an estate agent seeking to advance their career within a supportive and friendly team.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring efficient operations and outstanding service to clients and tenants. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a property portfolio based primarily in Newbury and Thatcham.
  • Preparing and reviewing annual service charge budgets, forecasting expenditure.
  • Coordinating maintenance works, liaising with contractors, and overseeing contracts.
  • Maintaining strong communication with leaseholders, tenants, landlords, and clients.
  • Conducting property inspections, producing reports, and attending meetings (including AGMs).
  • Monitoring and managing service charge arrears.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and property risk assessments.

About You

We’re looking for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have:

  • Minimum 1 year of property management experience
  • Full UK driving license (office-based role with travel required)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks
  • Awareness of Health & Safety, Fire Risk Assessments, and related compliance
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical skills to produce reports and revenue forecasts
