The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring ongoing communication and engagement.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within UC solutions.
- Act as a UC specialist, providing tailored recommendations and expert guidance to meet customers' communication needs.
- Manage a dynamic portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention and growth through strategic account management.
- Lead customer engagement initiatives, including product showcases and exclusive VIP events.
