What You'll Do:

As our Accounts Receivables Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Invoice Management: Prepare, send, and follow up on customer invoices.
  • Payment Processing: Record and apply payments accurately.
  • Account Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Customer Communication: Build positive relationships with clients by addressing inquiries and providing account updates.
  • Reporting: Generate reports to track receivables and assist in forecasting cash flow.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in accounts receivables or a similar role is a plus, but we're open to training the right candidate!
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and proficiency in Excel or accounting software.
  • Communication: Great verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
