Academics are looking for an individual who is as enthusiastic about having a positive impact on children's education as they are, to take on a Learning Support Assistant job. The role is based in Newbury (RG14) within a brilliant setting that caters to students aged 5-19, with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia and other varying learning disabilities.

The Learning Support Assistant will be dedicated and looking for a chance to gain experience working in an educational environment - or - perhaps wants to progress their career supporting students in specialist education. Working as a Learning Support Assistant is a fulfilling role, with responsibilities such as:

  • adjusting learning material
  • implementing interventions
  • providing role model guidance throughout the school day
