About the Role:
H&B Recruitment are working with a well-known client seeking an Admin Assistant with some HR experience to join their team. Based in Newbury, this role will provide essential administrative support to various departments while assisting with HR tasks and employee management.

Key Responsibilities for Admin Assistant:

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office systems.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
  • Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees.
