As our Video Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing compelling visual stories for our websites and social media channels, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and TikTok.

You have a passion for storytelling, an eye for detail, and a deep understanding of video trends, audience engagement, and platform-specific content. You thrive on producing high-quality, impactful videos that drive brand awareness and customer interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Filming and editing high-quality video content for multiple platforms.
  • Planning and executing creative video shoots, including interviews, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Developing fresh and innovative video concepts that engage and grow our online audience.
  • Managing video production schedules and ensuring content aligns with marketing goals.
  • Editing videos with professional software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar).
  • Optimising video content for SEO and platform-specific best practices.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align content with brand messaging.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and using insights to refine content strategy.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in video production, editing, and social media content creation.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other social platforms.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
  • Creativity and a strong visual storytelling ability.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality production standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • A full UK driving licence for travel to filming locations.
