They are fully focused upon providing a progressive approach and driving impactful results for all of their clients. As such they are looking to appoint an RI Audit Director to help grow their audit business.

The Brief:

As an Audit Director, you will be a vital member of the senior leadership team, overseeing the delivery of high-quality audit services to a diverse client portfolio. You’ll take the lead on complex audit assignments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Instrumental to the role is the development of your client relationships, offering strategic financial guidance, and contributing to the growth of the audit practice by delivering insights that add true value to clients.

The Role:

  • Leading audits from planning to reporting, ensuring efficient and compliance delivery.
  • Managing client relationships with professionalism, as a trusted advisor.
  • Mentoring and developing a high-performing audit team, promoting a collaborative and supportive culture.
  • Identifying growth opportunities within the audit practice and supporting strategic planning for development

Experience Required:

We are looking to welcome and experienced audit professional with RI status who is able to lead client audits and maintain regulatory compliance. As a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) you will be able to demonstrate a significant level of audit experience in managing complex audit engagements. Alongside your technical expertise you will be a natural leader, able to unite and align teams that can grow successfully. With a client-first mindset you will easily forge relationships quickly and be able to contribute to the firms growth plan by identifying and seizing opportunities within the audit function.
