Finance Administrator

£27000 per annum (pro rata)
6 month contract
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (opportunity to WFH 2 days a week after a successful training period)
The Recruitment Group are currently recruiting Finance Administrators to work for one of our clients sites based in Hellaby on a 6 month contract. This is a great opportunity to work with a very reputable brand and increase your experience in the finance sector. Previous finance experience is not essential however the successful candidate must be highly numerate. Previous experience working in a fast paced office environment would be beneficial. This role may involve occasional travel to head office but all travel will be expensed. Our client is looking for candidates that share there values and are capable of offering a 1st class service to their clients. Duties in this role of Finance Administrator will include:
- Processing high volume transactions
- Customer service via phone and email
- Reconciliations
- Ensuring balances are cleared in a timely manner
- Supporting in other areas of the business where necessary
The successful Finance Administrator must:
- Be highly numerate
- Experienced working with all Microsoft packages
- Be a fantastic communicator (both written and verbal)
- Have great attention to detail
- Be flexible in there approach to work
- Be self motivated
