Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day reporting and analysis of cash for sales of miscellaneous and strategic products across Europe.
  • Collaborate with country Stewards, Plant Finance Managers, and purchasing teams to provide insights against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive actions and cash recovery initiatives to enhance financial performance.
  • Ensure timely cash collections and clear accounts in the balance sheet for accurate monthly reporting.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and report generation.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with contacts across Europe and benchmark with centres in Costa Rica and Manila.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to match cash with invoices and comprehend reports thoroughly.
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks, address urgent matters, and guide end users for an excellent experience.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience in a finance or accounting role within the Manufacturing & Production industry.
  • Familiarity with cash collections processes and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Technologies:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools
