The Firm:

A large international accountancy firm with offices globally are looking to invite part-qualified Accountants to join their team in Newcastle supporting with their clients accounting compliance.

The Brief:

Working in a large team supporting clients with their accounting compliance and outsourcing requirements you will be working with an extremely diverse and wide ranging list of clients. Your aim is to provide reporting support to your clients in an accurate and timely manner.

The Role:

Your responsibilities will incorporate bookkeeping, statutory accounting (UK GAAP and IFRS) and regulatory accounting, assisting with the delivery of these services. You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel, whilst building strong internal relationships within your local and wider team.

Experience Required:

Applicants must be working in the accountancy professional within an accounting practice and have a minimum of one to two years accounting experience, familiar with UK GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.

Individuals must possess a real desire to develop their technical skills by working within the team and engaging with more experienced staff. You will be a natural communicator, able to build relationships with those from both large and small businesses. You will need to demonstrate your ability to utilise research effectively and explain complex subjects in a clear manner.

All applicants will be either part qualified, currently working towards their ACCA/ ACA exams, or AAT qualified and looking to commence professional studies.
