Sellick Partnership is currently assisting in the recruitment of an Accounts Payable Assistant for a business in Newcastle. This is a permanent role paying up to £26,500 with remote working, you would need to be on site 2 days a month.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Assistant include:

• Process purchase invoices and resolve approval issues
• Maintain supplier accounts and reconcile statements
• Prepare for payment runs and process credit card statements
• Handle supplier queries and maintain accurate ledger records

The ideal Accounts Payable Assistant will:

• Have experience in a similar role
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Have strong excel skills
