Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to join a dynamic team in the wealth planning sector? Our client, an international Wealth & Investment Management organisation, is currently seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to provide first-class administrative and client support.

About the RoleAs a Financial Planning Administrator, you will support Wealth Planners in delivering outstanding outcomes for clients. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate workflows, and act as a point of contact for clients. Your responsibilities will include preparing client documentation, arranging meetings, and maintaining accurate client records.

You will be joining a small, experienced team in Newcastle who work closely together with their expanding client base across the North-East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Prepare and submit client onboarding paperwork in line with AML procedures.
  • Coordinate central services, such as paraplanning and valuations, to support Wealth Planners.
  • Handle client queries and correspondence, escalating where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records in XPlan and other systems.

About You

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of financial planning products (experience with XPlan is a plus).
  • A proactive and flexible approach to supporting different stakeholders.
