The Business:Nigel Wright is delighted to be exclusively supporting a consumer business in the heart of the NE - Expanding their marketing and brand team.The Role:We are looking for a senior team member to lead and raise standards of brand design across the digital design team.  The individual will be a driving force alongside Head of Brand in brand and NPD campaign ideation as well as at the forefront of digital and creative design.You will be responsible to drive creative ideas and collaboration across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that the team deliver integrated digital creative against the brand strategy.You’re a versatile designer, drawing on digital design, animation, video editing, social media and more to unlock the full storytelling potential of every project.The Person:•    8+ years in similar role (agency or busy in-house dept).•    Experience of working within a challenging, fast-paced and rewarding environment.•    High level of experience in ideating and designing brand campaigns. Well versed at designing and leading all aspects of the digital design process, particularly concepting, UX/UI, responsive and           mobile first design and motion.•    Avid follower of brand, creative campaigns and social trends as well as in-depth knowledge and best practice within digital advertising.•    Have a strategic mindset and be able to think critically to identify opportunities and craft campaigns to achieve brand objectives.•    Highly collaborative, with strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to lead and inspire the team.•    Fluent skills in the core Adobe CC programmes including Premier Pro and After Effects, Figma.
