The Business:Nigel Wright is delighted to be exclusively supporting a consumer business in the heart of the NE - Expanding their marketing and brand team.The Role:Seeking a senior team member to lead and raise standards of brand content and assist the Head of Brand in the ongoing strategic approach and delivery of key categories and campaigns.Working within a challenging, fast-paced environment, you will lead the Content and Photography teams and manage brand campaign content ideation, activation, production and planning.Overseeing brand and product campaigns as well as new product development (NPD) digital shelf assets, ensuring they are executed to the highest standard while maintaining brand consistency.Setting and maintaining high quality standards across all areas, from best-in-class content output to rigour in team management and planning.Working with cross-functional teams to align content requirements with brand initiatives, campaigns, and product launches.Developing and implementing content strategies that align with business goals and marketing objectives.Planning, production, and delivery of campaign, NPD and various other content assets.The Person:Ideally from a consumer, retail and/or FMCG background, bringing forward 8+ years of experience in a similar role.Leadership experience.High level of experience in managing and producing brand campaigns (including production of photography/video shoots).Able to demonstrate experience of developing and delivering effective multi- channel brand and product campaigns.Have a strategic mindset and be able to think critically to identify opportunities and craft plans to achieve brand objectives.
