- A strong general education, including GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (A-C).
- Experience in designing and delivering learning programmes for young people, ideally with a focus on employability.
- Experience in conducting learner assessments, including literacy and numeracy evaluations.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with young people, employers, and colleagues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Competency in managing both paper-based and electronic records.
- A passion for supporting young people in their personal and professional development.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform under pressure.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- A recognised post-compulsory teaching qualification at Level 6 or equivalent (e.g., DTLLS, PGCE, Cert Ed).
- Assessor qualification.
