*Duties*
- Support our other Chefs in food production and presentation
- Assist in supervising kitchen staff and coordinating daily tasks
- Ensure food safety standards are met during all stages of food preparation
- Help with menu planning and recipe development
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong team management skills to lead and motivate kitchen staff
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and collaborate effectively with the culinary team
