Job Description: We are seeking experienced and talented Head Chefs for temporary and adhoc assignments. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
* Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
* Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff.
* Manage kitchen budgets and control costs.
* Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in hotels, restaurants, or leisure centres.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent culinary skills and creativity.
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work on temporary and adhoc assignments.
