We are looking for a motivated, reliable and detail orientated professional to run our kitchen. You will be working directly with support from ownership.
The role includes:
- Managing a small kitchen team
- Maintaining relevant paperwork
- Ordering
- Menu creation and costing
- Specials creation
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move up from sous or senior sous level to run a kitchen and take on the responsibilities. Enthusiasm and a passion for food beats out experience for us and if you don't have experience running a kitchen we will provide all the necessary training.
