Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on planning and directing food preparation and cooking activities.
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to maintain our high culinary standards.
  • Uphold food safety and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
  • Manage stock, order supplies, and work to minimise waste.
  • Ensure dishes are prepared on time and meet our quality expectations.
  • Maintain an organised, efficient kitchen, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
