- Develop and document a process for uncovering project leads.
- Log and follow up on all project leads.
- Oversee all telemarketing campaigns following up on Barbour ABI & CIS leads and specifier / consultant leads.
- Support sales directors, channel managers, and the marketing team.
- Develop weekly reports and KPIs for lead generation.
- Oversee telemarketing campaigns and follow up on historical business.
- Book appointments for the sales team and support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Develop contact scripts for marketing campaigns.
- Be a super user of CRM, Excel, and lead generation tools.
- Conduct data analysis and hold monthly review meetings with your line manager.
- 3+ years in telemarketing or cold calling, ideally in a B2B product led environment.
- Strong Excel and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Proven track record in generating and closing new business.
- Strong relationship-building and organisational skills.
