Role Purpose:Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to elevate their firm's profile across three key regions. The successful candidate will build credibility with target audiences and create opportunities for business development. This role involves managing a marketing delivery team, including content creation, design, and events, with potential for expanded responsibilities in managing tender and data quality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with fee earners to implement marketing and business development (BD) plans for various units and sector groups, ensuring alignment with overall firm goals.
  • Content Strategy: Lead the creation and distribution of high-quality content across multiple channels, focusing on net zero, modern workplace, and good business themes.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to drive lead generation and brand reputation.
  • Client Engagement: Enhance client experience by developing buyer personas, conducting competitor reviews, and managing events to foster lasting relationships with clients and influencers.
  • Digital Optimization: Oversee website content and performance, leveraging SEO, SEM, and analytics to maximize engagement and lead capture.
  • Team Management: Inspire and manage a diverse marketing team, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all communications.

Key Attributes/Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of managing, motivating, and developing a team.
  • Highly organized, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative problem solver with a consultative approach to building relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in SEO, SEM, social media, and emerging marketing trends.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in people management, content creation, and project management.
  • Familiarity with events management, social media, SEO, and SEM is preferred.
  • Experience in communicating effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
