About our client

1st Select are working in partnership with a leading fire safety company who are looking to add a fire risk assessor to their team in the North East.

Job Description

You will be required to:

• Carry out type 3 fire risk assessments mainly with some type 1s
• Carry out fire risk assessments on residential properties
• Provide fire safety advice to clients

You will need:

• 1 years’ experience carrying out fire risk assessments
• Level 3 fire risk assessment qualification or equivalent

Preferred:

• Affiliation with a recognised body such as IFSM or IFE

What’s on offer:

• £40,000 - £48,000 salary + 45p per mile
• Annual bonus potential of 10%
• Hybrid Working
