Passive Fire Supervisor

Passive Fire Supervisor/Working Supervisoroverseeing fire protection works, including fire doors and fire stopping, to social housing properties in the North East.

Responsibilities include:

• Operative management
• Health & safety and toolbox talks
• Post work inspections and quality control
• Stock control at the stores
• 80% non-working role with a small amount of ad hoc work on the tools to support with fire door remedials

What's on offer?

• 240/day CIS, 8hr working day
• 25p/mile over 20 miles to and from the first and last site + all travel during the working day
• Parking expensed back
• Long-term, ongoing contract with no end date

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience working in social housing environments with vulnerable tenants
• NVQ L2 in Carpentry and Joinery with fire door install/remedial experience
• Experience using Onetrace or similar compliance apps/software for recording data
• Supervisory experience + SSSTS/SMSTS
• Valid CSCS card
• DBS with no record, or be prepared to obtain one if successful
• Asbestos Awareness certificate
• Manual Handling certificate
