An enthusiastic Telesales Executive is needed to join our team at NFDI, a national service company specialising in passive fire prevention. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home, generating leads and setting up sales appointments for our growing business.

Established in December 2020, we have expanded rapidly and now operate eight teams across the UK, providing fire damper inspections for well-known hospitality brands, the NHS, private medical providers, and education facilities. We are looking for a motivated individual with a background in engineering sales or a related field who wants to take their career to the next level.

The long-term goal for this role is to transition into a field sales position, conducting customer visits and site surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer database and researching potential clients
  • Maintaining contact and developing long-term relationships with clients
  • Generating sales leads
  • Producing proposals, quotes, and certificates
  • Issuing reports and reviewing them with clients for potential additional sales
  • Liaising with the Operations Manager regarding the works calendar

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in engineering sales or a related telesales role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to lead generation
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage and maintain a customer database
