In this Monday to Friday, days-based role, you will work with small groups of learners, teaching CNC milling and CNC turning, with a focus on practical CNC machining techniques.
The ideal candidate will be a time served CNC miller and CNC turner who wants to move off the tools into a training role.

The Role:
*Full training provided
*Working with small groups of learners
*Teaching and mentoring individuals in CNC milling and CNC turning techniques
*Developing and preparing schemes of work and lesson plans
*Planning, preparing, and conducting assessments of competence against awarding body standards
*Ensuring all relevant paperwork relating to training, assessments, and company business is completed on time and accurately
The Person:
*Come from a CNC machining background
*Candidates with CNC milling and CNC turning experience are encouraged to apply
*Interested in transitioning into a trainer role
*Time-served, ideally with an engineering qualification
