Commercial Contracts Solicitor – 5+ PQE
Location: Newcastle

We are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Contracts Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a dynamic Commercial team.

The Role:

Handling a variety of commercial contract matters, including manufacturing, supply, distribution, franchising, SaaS, outsourcing, and tech agreements
Work directly with clients and support business development activities
Advising on on-line contracting
Tech business deals including grants, investments, sales and acquisitions
