We are excited to be working with our client, a global business who have experienced significant growth, with UK HQ in the Northeast.

The Learning & Development Lead is a newly created role reporting to the Head of Engagement & Development. This position involves executing the learning and development strategy, coordinating and facilitating strategic development programs, and acting as a business partner for learning and performance needs.

Overall, the role is to ensure management and leadership development, creating leaders for the future and upskilling current leaders, resulting in true talent management and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver strategic development programs for middle management and supporting functions.
  • Conduct regular learning needs analysis and develop solutions to address performance gaps.
  • Design, deliver, and coordinate management capability development projects using the ADDIE process.
  • Support the development of an annual learning plan and act as a change agent for workforce learning initiatives.
  • Become a certified Skills Builder 'Master Builder’ Trainer and deliver 'Train the Trainer’ programs.
  • Stay current on learning and development tools and practices to provide informed advice.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced in coaching and effective at influencing at all levels.
  • Proficient in the ADDIE process and innovative in problem-solving.
  • Professional in personal presentation and capable of delivering sustainable development solutions.
