We are delighted to be partnering with Bellway to recruit a Learning & Development Advisor to join their growing L&D team.Reporting to a senior Learning and Development Advisor, you will join a team of three L&D Advisors, working on a wide range of L&D activities from administration to projects and creation of training initiatives.This is a busy role which would suit someone with previous L&D experience, who will enjoy working in a team where creativity is encouraged, and you have the opportunity to be accountable for projects and the design and delivery of workshops, webinars and other L&D solutions.As Learning & Development Advisor, you will work with a skilled team, in a fast paced environment where you can get things done, and will be encouraged to bring new suggestions and ideas.Experience in a regulated environment would be ideal, as would knowledge and practical experience of using tech and digital solutions for learning.The role offers hybrid working (4 days on-site) and great benefits, with a genuine opportunity to grow, learn and develop in a brilliant team.
