We’re looking for a Debt Recovery Team Leader to join a supportive, forward-thinking team. If you’re passionate about coaching others, hitting targets, and driving results, this could be your next big opportunity.What You’ll Be Doing:- Leading and supporting a team of Debt Recovery Paralegals to hit their targets.- Managing client relationships and guiding them through the debt recovery process.- Handling tasks like issuing proceedings, drafting Court documents, and preparing cases for trial.- Staying on top of case law and ensuring compliance with protocols.- Collaborating with internal legal teams and external agencies to get the best outcomes.- Coaching and mentoring your team, helping them grow and develop in their roles.What We’re Looking For:-12 months of management experience in a legal or similar environment (If you have less than this, please get in touch as other experience may be relevant).- Ideally solid experience in debt recovery litigation, including knowledge of Pre-Action Protocols and Civil Procedure Rules.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support your team.- Great communication skills – you’ll be talking to clients and working closely with your team.- Comfortable working to deadlines in a busy environment.Why This Role?The firm is committed to progression and development.
