Key Responsibilities

  • Scanning and Archiving: Manage and maintain the digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are accurately scanned, archived, and easily accessible.
  • Email Inbox Management: Monitor and organise the company email inbox, responding to or redirecting messages promptly and professionally.
  • Ordering and Stock Control: Track inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain client, order, and supplier records.
  • Customer Orders and Invoicing: Assist in processing customer orders, preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Report Preparation: Compile and produce reports as required for management.
