The Role- Support the implementation of a new system by analysing and inputting data
- Run and manage regular reports to provide insights into organizational data
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through data cleaning and validation processes
- Collaborate with relevant teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Use Excel to create complex data models, pivot tables, and visualizations
- Identify trends and patterns in organizational data to support strategic initiatives
- Conduct complex analysis of workforce data and produce periodic reports
- Perform specific analysis and reporting on metrics such as diversity and inclusion on a scheduled basis
- Manage the data inbox, responding to queries promptly and prioritizing requests
- Support teams with information and advice on workforce-related queries
- Provide data analysis and benchmarking for workforce activities and initiatives
- Gather and validate data from multiple sources and ensure alignment with payroll systems
- Manage the secure distribution of files
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on people data
- Previous implementation of People / HR systems
- Experience of using HR systems, extracting and analysing people and payroll data
- Highly experienced excel userÂ
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Be highly analyticalÂ
- Be a confident communicator
- Knowledge of I-Trent
