The Role
  • Support the implementation of a new system by analysing and inputting data
  • Run and manage regular reports to provide insights into organizational data
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through data cleaning and validation processes
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights
  • Use Excel to create complex data models, pivot tables, and visualizations
  • Identify trends and patterns in organizational data to support strategic initiatives
  • Conduct complex analysis of workforce data and produce periodic reports
  • Perform specific analysis and reporting on metrics such as diversity and inclusion on a scheduled basis
  • Manage the data inbox, responding to queries promptly and prioritizing requests
  • Support teams with information and advice on workforce-related queries
  • Provide data analysis and benchmarking for workforce activities and initiatives
  • Gather and validate data from multiple sources and ensure alignment with payroll systems
  • Manage the secure distribution of files
Specifications for the role
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on people data
  • Previous implementation of People / HR systems
  • Experience of using HR systems, extracting and analysing people and payroll data
  • Highly experienced excel user 
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Be highly analytical 
  • Be a confident communicator
Desirable
  • Knowledge of I-Trent
