In this pivotal role, you will lead a team, ensuring the highest standards of service and compliance in dealing with debt recovery cases. Your expertise in litigation will be essential as you guide your team through complex cases, facilitating a supportive environment that promotes professional growth and operational excellence.
- Lead and motivate a team of debt recovery professionals to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for debt recovery, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee case management, directing the team in litigation processes and procedures to ensure timely resolutions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Analyse team performance metrics and introduce improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, solicitors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure optimal outcomes.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within debt recovery or a similar legal environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of litigation practises.
