- Supporting pupils with their learning in class and small group interventions
- Assisting children with SEN or additional needs
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and routines
- Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
- Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
- Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a primary school setting is desirable
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and strong communication skills
- A valid DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
- Availability for at least 2 days per week
- Flexibility to choose when and where you work
