JOB – Dual Fuel Metering Engineer  LOCATION – Northeast of UK TERM - Permanent SALARY – £45,000 - £50,000 per annum  A Tyne & Wear based engineering company are looking for a Dual Fuel Metering Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.  The Metering Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: 
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • HND L3 of equivalent qualifications in Electrical Power Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • 3 years’ experience as a Metering Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of electrical & gas infrastructure.
  • Experience with high-capacity meters - U25 & above.
  • CT metering experience.
  • Full UK driving license.
The Metering Engineer’s duties will involve:
  • Visiting customer sites across Northeast of UK to carry out metering installations.
  • Working closely with sales teams & other departments.
  • Ensuring health & safety regulations are met at all times.
  • Ensuring customer requirements are met at all times.
Additional Information:
  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
  • Company van provided.
  • Fuel card provided.
  • Tools provided.
