A Tyne & Wear based engineering company is seeking a Dual Fuel Metering Engineer for a permanent position in the Northeast of the UK.
The role offers a salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000 per annum and requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Metering Engineer.
Candidates should possess the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and an HND L3 or equivalent in Electrical Power Engineering or a relevant discipline.
The Metering Engineer will be responsible for metering installations at customer sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and meeting customer requirements.
Additional benefits include a company van, fuel card, and tools, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

JOB – Dual Fuel Metering Engineer LOCATION – Northeast of UK TERM - Permanent SALARY – £45,000 - £50,000 per annum A Tyne & Wear based engineering company are looking for a Dual Fuel Metering Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The Metering Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
HND L3 of equivalent qualifications in Electrical Power Engineering or relevant discipline.
3 years’ experience as a Metering Engineer.
Strong understanding of electrical & gas infrastructure.
Experience with high-capacity meters - U25 & above.
CT metering experience.
Full UK driving license.

The Metering Engineer’s duties will involve:

Visiting customer sites across Northeast of UK to carry out metering installations.
Working closely with sales teams & other departments.
Ensuring health & safety regulations are met at all times.
Ensuring customer requirements are met at all times.

Additional Information:

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
Company van provided.
Fuel card provided.
Tools provided.
