Sonic Summary
- We are seeking a maintenance electrician for a temporary position in the Newcastle area, lasting approximately one week.
- The pay ranges from £21 PAYE to £25 Umbrella, with working hours from 8am to 5pm.
- Candidates must have a qualification as an Electrical Engineer, such as NVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2, along with the 18th edition certification.
- Previous experience in PPM and reactive maintenance is required, along with strong client-facing skills and a willingness to perform basic plumbing and fabric tasks.

Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbingmaintenance
Basic AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
The role will involve other aspects of building maintenance including basic plumbing, fabric upkeep and compliance etc.
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Willingness to complete fabric, plumbing and mechanical tasks
