Peopleforce Recruitment are delighted to announce their collaboration with one of their long-standing partners for their search for Security Systems Engineers in Newcastle.

We are presently seeking Service Security Engineers with expertise in intruder alarm, CCTV, and access control system servicing. This role includes attending sites and undertaking small works installation, periodic maintenance and fault finding where.

Applicants must have prior experience in installation work or reactive and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, possess strong intruder alarm industry knowledge up to NSI standards, and familiarity with CCTV and access control systems. Compensation is based on experience, knowledge, and qualifications. Overtime opportunities are frequent, with additional compensation. This role includes on-call shifts on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits for installation, maintenance, and fault-finding as needed
  • Meet daily targets to fulfill customer SLAs/KPIs
  • Proper utilization of client platforms
  • Timely electronic reporting to the service desk
  • Efficient stock and vehicle management
  • Adherence to Health & Safety protocols
  • Maintain a professional appearance
