- Support the director with written communications including dictation
- Working directly with the Director, supporting the organising of diary, travel, meeting arrangements and all other associated arrangements and communications
- Prepare and compile reports, presentations and correspondence. With the ability to proofread and summarise information from a range of sources
- Organising meetings and collating the management data needed for them
- Attending internal and external meetings with the Director to act as minute taker, circulating minutes and actions to all parties following meetings
- Liaising on behalf of the Director
- Screening enquiries and requests via phone, email and post, handling them when appropriate.
- Assist with personal commitments
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- A good eye for detail
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- Ability to manage self, including balancing conflicting priorities and prioritising own workload on a daily basis
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills, including excellent grammar and punctuation
- Excellent capabilities in using of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointÂ
- Fast typing speed and ability to type documents and emails that are verbally dictated
- Sympathises with the Christian ethos and mission of Junction 42.
