Trainee Assistant Manager

Vaulkhard Group are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Trainee Assistant Manager to join The Bridge Tavern. Located on Newcastle's Quayside, The Bridge Tavern is a brewpub situated underneath the iconic Tyne Bridge.

Candidates need to be passionate and driven, with enthusiasm for the role, a keen eye for detail, a passion for fantastic customer service, and be able to motivate and inspire a team to achieve great results in our sites and memorable experiences for our customers.

It's also important for you to identify business opportunities that would benefit the site, working closely with the senior management team to bring a positive attitude and fresh ideas.

What we are looking for is a candidate who has previous experience of management within a hospitality setting, or is keen to take the leap into a new career and use transferrable skills from other industry experience. This could also be the perfect chance for someone ready to progress and take the next step within the hospitality industry, with development opportunities across a number of city centre bars and restaurants in our portfolio.
