You will be responsible for planning, performing and completing the audit process for each assignment. Ensuring clients are provided with an excellent service through the full audit engagement.

Description

  • Supervise and direct audit staff during fieldwork, reviewing their work for accuracy and compliance with firm methodologies
  • Develop detailed audit plans based on risk assessments and client understanding
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact during engagements
  • Identify and resolve technical accounting and auditing issues, escalating complex matters when appropriate
  • Prepare and review financial statements and audit documentation
  • Conduct timely performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to audit staff
  • Monitor project progress against budgets and deadlines, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Identify potential business opportunities and value-added services for clients

Profile

  • ACA/ACCA qualified.
  • Demonstrable audit and accounts experience gained within a UK professional services firm.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and directly with clients.
  • Capacity to manage projects and to generate engagement with the stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience of supervising others and delegation of work.
  • Clear ability to organise self and others, such that you can work on several different assignments at one time.
