Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to gain insights into their business needs.
- Lead the planning and execution of audit engagements, ensuring thorough and efficient processes.
- Supervise and provide direction to audit team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure all audit documentation meets professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver detailed reports to management, highlighting audit results and key findings.
- Perform follow-up audits to evaluate the impact of management's actions and decisions.
- Identify areas of risk, propose strategies for risk mitigation, and recommend opportunities for cost savings.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in the Accounting & Finance sector.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.

Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and client expectations effectively.

Experience in leading and managing a team of auditors.

Proficiency in audit software and databases.
