Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to gain insights into their business needs.
  • Lead the planning and execution of audit engagements, ensuring thorough and efficient processes.
  • Supervise and provide direction to audit team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure all audit documentation meets professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver detailed reports to management, highlighting audit results and key findings.
  • Perform follow-up audits to evaluate the impact of management's actions and decisions.
  • Identify areas of risk, propose strategies for risk mitigation, and recommend opportunities for cost savings.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in the Accounting & Finance sector.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.

  • Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and client expectations effectively.

  • Experience in leading and managing a team of auditors.

  • Proficiency in audit software and databases.

  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.

  • Sound independent judgement and decision-making abilities.
