  • Provide direction, guidance and support to the members of the Investment and Portfolio teams.
  • Chair Investment and Portfolio Committees.
  • Generate high quality funding proposals by engaging in networking, business development and supporting strategic marketing initiatives. 
  • Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources.
  • When required observe Boards of investee businesses 
  • Work with the CEO to develop and implement Investment strategies and strategic action plans.
