About the Role:

My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function. This is a hands-on, all-around role reporting directly to the GM on-site and FD based at Head Office offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business. You will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations, as well as providing strategic financial support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts preparation.
  • Managing the budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Developing and implementing robust financial controls and procedures.
  • Providing insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Managing cash flow and working capital effectively.
  • Liaising with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Managing and mentoring two junior finance staff members.
  • Supporting the integration of the business post-acquisition.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the company's strategic plan.
  • Working closely with the PE investors, providing regular updates and reports.

Candidate Profile

  • QBE, PQ or ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualified
  • Previous Exposure to a Manufacturing Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Navision (Desirable)
