Team Supervisor - Finance and Processing Agent

6 Months Contract (Inside IR35)

Working Hours - 8am -8pm, Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm

Saturday & Sunday.

A well established highly innovative financial institution is looking for a Team Lead to join their expanding sales team.

As a team lead you will play a pivotal role within the organisation as you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives ensuring they are working towards achieving their goals. You will provide clear concise aims and objectives to the team, motivating them and coaching them around key areas.

As a key stakeholder within the organisation you will also liaise with the contact centre operation manager to drive team performance.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key attributes

  • A proven track record in people management
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience managing and leading teams
  • Previous experience working in a customer service role
  • Problem solving skills
  • Prior experience working in the financial sector or bank
  • High level of accuracy
  • IT skills (office 365(
  • GCSE in Maths
  • Basic bookkeeping skills

6 Months Contract (Inside IR35)

Working Hours - 8am -8pm, Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm

Saturday & Sunday.
